Race Holidays shall not be held responsible for any claims, including personal or property damages, delays, illness, extreme fatigue, loss of use, resulting from:

1- Default, negligence, omission or overbooking on the part of the suppliers.

2- Illness, strike, theft, mechanical breakdown, quarantine, government or police restrictions, war, terrorist act, weather conditions or any other cause beyond our control, including any changes made to the itinerary as a result of these events.

3- Bankruptcy, suspension of a supplier or carrier's business.

Race Cancellation
 

If the race is cancelled due to bad weather or conditions beyond Race Holidays' control, such as strike, war or terrorist attack, Race Holidays shall not be held responsible and will attempt to make new ticket arrangements. Any extra charges for new arrangements will be reflected in the final invoice.

General

100% full payment must be received in order to guarantee a ticket/package purchase.
All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellation of ordered tickets. Transactions are accepted in U.S. Dollars ($).
In case of an emergency (burglary, lost in the mail, etc..) no reprints of the tickets and no refunds.
Ticket/package prices listed in our website are subject to change anytime due to currency exchange rate fluctuations, without prior notice.
Junior tickets are valid for under 15 years of age, ID control will be done at the entrance gates.
